Estimates for pen repairs can be sent by fax, mail, or e-mail (with accurate information provided) within 24 hours of having received your lighter.

Please be patient with regard to the receipt of your estimate as we receive several hundred repairs per week, and it can be very difficult to locate your repair before it is entered into our system.

Fountain Pen repairs take 2-3 weeks from the date of the payment of your estimate.
